In general, the outer aisles are where healthier foods are. Of course, if you need something from other aisles, feel free to get them. Another tip is to write a grocery list before you even leave the house: think about what you need and what you want to possibly indulge in. Taking a moment to think about it will allow you to make healthier choices in the long run instead of impulsively buying junk food that catches your eye at the store.

Drink Water When You Wake Up

To combat that and help you and your body relax, start stretching a little bit every day before bed.
